VOB

The newly constructed building is formed by a three-dimensional grid of 4.80 x 4.80m of exposed concrete. This grid develops along the length and width of the site, creating a background for the development of outdoor and indoor activities and facilities. The vertical parapets consist, wherever possible, of transparent glazing, thus forming a direct functional and visual relationship with the exterior. The central staircase was designed as a main core, with a direct functional relationship with all the uses of the building. The ground floor acts as an open garden in which the common utilities it contains merge with the exterior space. The floors are designed to provide maximum comfort and contact with the external (green) balconies.
The building represents an open dialogue between the inside and the outside, the solid and the void, aiming at the construction of a modern space that provides users with optimal working conditions (light, nature, views, natural ventilation), a background for interaction and communication with man and nature.
